Insurance

The NWT Soccer insurance policies apply to current members (i.e. players, referees, coaches, NWT Soccer board of directors, and staff) participating in a sanctioned club, league, tournament or other events.

Certificate of Insurance

• If you are organizing a sanctioned event or involved with a club or league and have been asked to provide a certificate of insurance for a facility you are renting for soccer/futsal purposes, please contact NWT Soccer or (867) 445-4832
• We require a minimum of 48 hours to process the request. 

Sport Accident Claims

All claims must have been reported to the NWT Soccer Association prior to submitting to the insurance company. 

Once submitted, more information on the claims process will be provided.
