Indoor Season Updates and the YKASL is Hiring!!

The 2016-17 Indoor Season Captains' Meeting was held last week.  If you were unable to attend here are the highlights:

The season fees of $4250 (including the $250 deposit/performance bond) are due October 3rd.  

The season will begin on October 11th. 

Teams must register on our new website at http://nwtsoccer.ca/  Also all players must register to be eligible to play in the new season.  This is also done through the new website and all players are considered "new" when registering.

The YKASL is also looking to hire individuals for 2 positions for the upcoming 2016-17 indoor season. The 2 paid positions are Game Scheduler and Referee Assignor.  If you believe you're qualified for one of the positions, please provide the board with your qualifications to ginalmichel@gmail.com

ALL APPLICATIONS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED BY SEPTEMBER 30th by 4:00 PM.

Game Scheduler:
 The role of the game scheduler is to provide a game schedule of 2 games a week for all teams in both divisions for the indoor season. The scheduler should have knowledge of the YKASL, be able to adapt to a changing schedule, and post games at least 2 weeks in advance.

Referee Assignor:
 The role of the referee assignor is to schedule both head referee for all YKASL games throughout the indoor season. The referee assignor must have knowledge of all league officials, and provide the officials with a schedule in a timely manner.
