NWT SOCCER IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THE 2023 NORTH AMERICAN INDIGENOUS GAMES COACHING STAFF
2022-06-01 Yellowknife, NT – The NWT Soccer Association (NWT Soccer) is pleased to announce the selection of coaching staff to lead the teams to the 2023 North American Indigenous Games (NAIG) in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Our coaching team for the Games will include:
16U Female Team
Head Coach: Jacqueline Thompson
Assistant Coach: Delanie Vail
Manager: Dixie Jenny Thompson
16U Male Team
Head Coach: Chris Simon
Assistant Coach: TBD
Manager: RJ Qaqqasiq-Wells
Each of these coaches brings a wealth of coaching knowledge and playing experience, both within the territory and across Canada. We look forward to working with our coaches over the next 14 months as we identify and select athletes for this prestigious event.
