The Movement Preparation Workshop focuses on working with athletes of all ages. This workshop targets coaches of boys and girls, men and women of all levels.
Movement Preparation is an important aspect of injury prevention!
There are 2 online e-learning components, strongly encouraged to take ahead of the workshop.
