Members between the ages of 13 and 15 can recieve their Youth Referee Certification at the Entry Level Clinic. 

Members sixteen (16) years or older can receive their District Referee Certification at the entry level clinic. 

This is the clinic you want to take if you are looking to become a registered referee in the Northwest Territories. The Entry Level Referee's Clinic is the entry point into 11 a-side soccer.
