Members twelve (12) years or older can receive their Youth or District Referee Certification at the entry level clinic. 

This is the clinic you want to take if you are looking to become a registered referee in the Northwest Territories. The Entry Level Referee's Clinic is the entry point into 11 a-side soccer.  

Once an individual is successful in passing this clinic they wil be classified as a District Referee, if they are 16 years old or older. 

For those of you who are already a Youth or District Level Referee, there will be a refresher opportunity on the Friday evening. In order to maintain your certification, you need to enroll in a refresher clinic annually.
